Choosing a company to build and install our kitchen was a huge task. I have never done it before and most likely won’t ever have the chance to do it again, so I needed to make the right choice.

What pushed me towards All Kitchens was the fantastic service and support. I had ideas of what I wanted, but needed guidance in areas and it was great that John pointed out things that would and wouldn’t work (especially with young children), changes were made and new quotes/drawings were emailed back usually the same day, where as other companies I was dealing with would take days and in the case of one, she took two weeks and then was narky because I told her I had gone with another company.

And organising all the trades is fantastic! I don’t know any tradespeople (or not ones that I would recommend), so to have people come in that you work with all the time is taking the pressure off me. I need to compliment your tradies too, not an upset/angry/swear word was uttered, which is greatly appreciated when you have young children who are parrots J

So I will be telling everyone about All Kitchens! It has been fantastic dealing with such an organised and professional team … while you guys do this everyday, you probably don’t realise how easy and stress free you made the whole renovation, which is greatly appreciated.

You had a very efficient team of tradesman who were punctual, courtous, who cheerfully answered all our questions or followed up our enquires, and who cleaned up after themselves.

Your office staff also impressed us with their courtesy and professionalism and kept us fully informed.

The piece de resistance was when jo-anne turned up when it was all finished to do a thourough clean prior to usage.
